"oink boink where's my pot? my spoons and pans, my sweet berry jams the salt is gone, the apples too oink boink where is my shoe?"
- Daian nursery rhymes.
Where there are Pigmin there is trouble, these little swines will collect anything that is not nailed to the ground. At least they are proficient upcyclers if nothing else.
Hoarding hogs you could call them if you ever visited one of their burrows, littered with unending piles of scrap metal and trinkets. A glance at their poorly built towering shacks and barracks would give an inspector a heart attack on the spot, they are flimsy and rocky and in all honesty, a little bit impressive.
"If you build, do it well. To last, do it better Use one nail for holding use two for good measure use three for the pigmin and glue holds it together."
When travelling through the rolling hills of northern Giar, between the babbling brooks and swaying branches, if you hear the rustling of leaves in a nearby bush… just leg it, their tiny legs won’t be able to keep up.
Pigmin have popped in these pages before, grabbing whatever they could.
These boys are up to all kinds of mischief in the first book, along with a bunch of other characters portrayed here.
This Pigmin featured in the cover of an experimental colouring book I published back in 2019, this was the original little pig that started it all. You can read about it here.

Receiving an email that starts with "oink boink" was confusing at first (what did I sign up for?? Oh!) Then delighful as I read through this. Thanks for the charming creations and the smile it brought me.
I love this art style and the little world building you have with each character you write and draw! Keep up the hard work!
